How to Buy

Buying from is easy. Just follow these steps:
  1. Display the product/s you are interested in. With a click you can zoom in to the photograph to see the product in detail, its composition, the characteristics, the sizes available, the reference number and the price.
  2. Add the product to your shopping cart. Now you can see a summary of your purchases.
  3. If you want to continue shopping, repeat the process. But if you want to process your order, you will have to register.
  4. Once you have entered your details, check that they are correct and click “confirm”.
  5. Make sure that the shipping and billing address is correct.
  6. Select a payment option.
  7. Confirm your order.
  8. You will receive an email confirming your order.


Where can I pick up my order?

You can receive your order wherever you specify, for example home, work. However, we cannot send your order to a PO post box.


How long will my delivery take?

  • In stock: For the mainland and Baleares: 48-72 hours.
  • In stock: For the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla: a maximum of 14 working days.
  • Deliveries are sent Monday through Friday, except holidays.
PLASTICAS REINER SL reserves the right and obligation to take more business days than those stipulated for any cause beyond the means of the company (transport strike, war, natural disasters, etc).


Can I track the status of my Order?

What form of payment can I use to make my purchase?

Credit card, debit card (Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard and American Express.
In order to give maximum security in your purchasing order, PLASTICAS REINER SL uses a secure payment method, an SLL encryption exchange system using up to 256-bits and direct communication (encrypted data) with the client’s financial institution to pay by credit card.
  • When paying with Visa or Mastercard, the following information will always be asked: the card number, the expiry date and a validation code which corresponds to the last 3 digits of the number printed in italics on the back of the card, offering thus, mr¡ore guarantees for a secure transaction.
  • PLASTICAS REINER SL reserves the right to withhold any order for security reasons in which case the affected customers would be informed. We also reserve the right to cancel an order if we consider that we cannot verify the information that has been sent or the billing information, or that we consider that the product is going to be resold by the purchaser.
  • Our server encrypts all personal information ensuring the privacy and security of your transaction.


Why can my credit card be rejected?

Your card can be rejected by one of the following reasons:
  1. Your card may have expired. Check that your card does not exceed the validity date.
  2. You may have reached your limit placed on your card. Check with your financial institution that your card has not reached its limit.
  3. You may have entered some incorrect data. Check that you have correctly filled in all the required fields.


Can I ask for Tax-free?

No, this is not possible. Tax-free is only applied to the products which are bought in the shop and are delivered by the customer.


Is it safe to use my credit card on the web?

Yes. The data is transmitted in an SSL encrypted form. For payment by Visa and Mastercard transactions, only SEC (Secure Electronic Commerce) will be accepted. After verifying that the card is attached to the SEC system, the system will contact the bank that issued the card to the buyer to authorize the purchase. When the bank confirms the authenticity, the charge will be made on the card. Otherwise, the order will be cancelled.

What is the deadline to apply for a refund?

The deadline is 7 days to apply for any refund, from the date of purchase.


How should I return the product/s?

To request a refund or exchange, you can contact us, indicating the reference number of your order, the model that you want to return and the number of units. We would appreciate if you could tell us the reason for the return in order to improve our service. In the following days, you will receive an email confirming the acceptance or refusal of the return.
To proceed with the return or exchange of a product, please make sure that your order meets the following criteria:
  1. The product must not be used.
  2. The product must be sent in the same condition as it was sent to you. If you do not have the original packaging, you should substitute it for similar packaging.
  3. The product/s must be delivered to our offices within 14 days from the date that the request was received.

If these conditions are met and you wish to go through with the refund, PLASTICAS REINER SL will refund the cost of the merchandise minus the original shipping costs.

If these conditions are met and you wish to go through with the exchange, PLASTICAS REINER SL will authorize the exchange but will not pay for the shipping costs.
In the case of manufacturing defects or inferior quality from PLASTICAS REINER SL, we will send an identical replacement product, or you will have to pay for the entire bill in exchange for the defective item.
In the situation where the shipping costs have to be paid by the client, PLASTICAS REINER SL will not accept at any time the delivery costs.
You can only process returns and exchanges for products purchased in the online shop at PLASTICAS REINER SL.
